The purpose of this round is to kickstart usage of QF in Split with minimal administrative, legal and political and marketing burden.
In this round, the city administration won’t formally participate. There will be no funding from the administration. Only 1 pilot project that depends on the administration will be approved for the purpose of probing the obstacles and developing solutions and approaches for them.
Eligible applicants:
- NGOs
- businesses
- individuals
- DAOs
Eligible proposals:
- create or provide a public good in Split
- can be executed without delay
- can be executed without need for approval by institutions
- will spend funds transparently
- will provide a completion report
Matched donations:
- All donations by KYC-ed donors from Split are matched
- Donations by KYC-ed donors outside Split or non-KYC-ed Gitcoin passport holders will be matched only if the recipient is from Split
- Anonymous donations will not be matched
